This form is here for those that wish to replace their product with either;
1. A new JumpDrive with a different model and same capacity
2. A replacement updated JumpDrive FireFly or Secure II (allow up to 2 weeks)
If you would like to return your product, please contact the store in which you purchased the product for a refund.
This replacement requires you to send us the original product.
P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA Process. If a P.O. Box is used, Lexar will not be responsible for lost packages.
